Buying house in SPL Housing Samathana Lakefront.
Q: Hello, I am about to buy a house in SPL Housing Project near Whitefield called Samethana Lake Front. I wanted some reviews about the builder. The quality of Construction, on time delivery. And any issues faced by you while dealing with them. Your response will be very useful to me in making my decision. Looking forward to your response. Thanks in advance.

My comments to replies
Still now there is no delay and the project is expected to get completed by the end of this year.
@ Mr Dev, correction the project will not be completed until October'13. Please post accurate information, til now 3rd floor slab is placed, 4th in progress. Hw can you expect the project to be completed in next 3 months.
