Q: Not good at all...flooring promised was premium and was also charged a premium rate vs other flats in the building...however the flooring given was vitrified tiles and that too totally damaged...the builder then showed it to diff technicians saying it can be fixed...however all attempts to fix hads failed and not they dont want to change the tiles and are asking us to do it at out costs...i am not sure why do they do this...i purchased this in feb and have lost potential rent of 50k per month since then as it cant be rented also due to bad quality of the tile...please help..as i would like to file a case against them
