Q: Hi, I have a 3 bedroom+3 bathroom flat for sale at Evershine Solitare, at 69lakhs with area, 1500sq feet (aprox). Its a lovely family home in 7th floor with 4 wheeler parking.

Hi Julian, how old is the flat now? And are there separate temple room and servant room?
it's a new flat which I toon possession on march 2010, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms don't know about servant room what is that ?? it has an extra space for drying clothes
