Ya sure, the corporate discount works this way, If the normal price is
3700/- per sq. ft. inclusive of all + EDC. Whereas under the corporate
discount price everything including EDC, Car parking, Club membership is
quoted at Rs. 3200/- per sq. ft. Now that a very good discount.As
you asked me I enquired about the possession date. The builder confirms
that the possession of this project will be by 2015 December.
Friends, I want to suggest that Rudra palace heights price is not only 3200 PSF but they are also making hidden charge of 4% of flat value on account of development of landscape, water and sewage connection charges in buyers agreement. Further there customer service is very poor.

at the details of this project, I feel the project is worth investing
in. May I know about the interior, construction and amenities provided.
