I have seen projects going on in Adibatla surroundings, they have applied for HMDA approval and waiting for the LP number. Mean while, they are asking customers to book the plots by paying 10% of total amount. And they are quoting a price of 6500 INR per syd. Venture looks good as it ring road facing. But I am not sure of price since there are no residence around.Is this a right location to invest for long term say 10 yrs down the line, Otherwise please suggest a good place in and around hyderabad for investment.

This is a new venture at Adibatla(near raviryal village), Hyderabad. They are waiting for the HMDA approval to start the development.

Hi Sandeep..i would suggest you to recheck the price.I don't think that this area will have such high prices.Who is the builder of the project..??
We went there and checked with many real estate agents in near surroundings. Plots in grahmapanchayat layout itself is costing from 3500 INR to 8000 INR depending on the location of the plot. The one I am looking is ring road facing and in front of fab city and near by raviryal village. Project name is HPR county.
