Me and my friends booked 3 flats in this project. Right now it is still in pre-launching stage and the documents also in-process for legal approval. We have given cheques for 1 lac each as booking amount.

Yes.. there are some changes happened to the floor plans... finalised.... changes are minor only... and they told that they have got the BBMP approvals and in process for getting bank approvals. Also they said, broachers will be ready by this month oct end. I visited the site premises also to have a look on the status of basement work. Its in progress... Prices are not negotiable... they have fixed it due to many complications from existing sawan project referencies.

I have collected the legal documents yesterday.. Agreement is not yet done...
