I want to invest in Bhosari Pradhikaran for 2 BHK.
Q: Pharande L-axis is charging 4500 per Sq ft which is on higher side for this Area. Can you please let me know other new properties in this area ranges from 3500-4000 per sq ft. --- Prashant Sonare

I heard that now the builder is quoting Rs 4186 per sqft. Is that true?
Its not true, he has charged initially 4500 / sq ft to first 50 customers.
