Q: I am looking for a property in Upkar Spring Fields. So, I would like to know the current price per sq. ft. in Upkar Spring Fields.

When enquired today the price is 1300/sqft. As your post is on oct 2011, In a years time the price is increased from 1000- 1300. I felt it slow appreciation.
