Q:
Can you please clarify when GEB electricity connection of Phase 2 Suncity Paradise will be given? It is the biggest problem in as about 200 houses are paying electricity bill at the rate of 8.80 per unit.
Problems in Suncity Paradise, Vadodara
1) Electricity connection for phase 2 not given on GEB meters
2) Road not available to reach Sun paradise as existing road is totally damaged due to current rain and very horrible situation
3) Sewage water is flowing every week in center of suncity due to blocking problems
This is a serious issue and I think you should talk with the builder on immediate basis.
I talked and his response is we submitted the money and now its GEB to solve the problem and not very good response from Builder. He is not intrested to talk also to us

As per Contract the builder is also developer of Sun paradise and he is responsible for electricty & Sewage problem but both the points are not taken care in 18 Month contract period and delaying from last 3 years and keep on going

Hello Manoj, If you have book a flat in Suncity Paradise, you can join the
owner's group and get in touch with other owners of Suncity Paradise and discuss on the same.
In Flats of Syncity Paradise transformer are already fixed but electricity is not reached.
