Is a builder authorised to remove gate without asking flat owners?
Q: Is the builder authorised to take out the gate in the complex to another site without the flat owners approval? The builder has removed the gate of the premises consisting of about 56 flats and 3 commercial establishments without anybody's approval. Can flat owners object to his removal? He is holding one commercial area and has not sold it and has rented it out.
