Q: DEAR OWNER OF WHISPERING TOWER -HDIL, One has to speak now loudly rather than whispering. It is already 2 years over, no progress, just last month they started some activities, also heard they demand more for car park 7 lakh, than the agreed amount of 5 lakh during booking.
