Q: I am planning to buy a plot of around 300 sq yd area at Nallagandalla. The brokers are asking for Rs 20,000 per sq yd.what are the present market price please help.

Hi Diwakar..the launch price of this project is very high. I think Telangana is yett not settled down...you should wait and then invest in future projects. Hello in last two years, the properties in lucknow have reported a significant increase in price.In last few years, the land price has increased upto 100 to 300 percent.The prices of finished products have rised from Rs. 1,100 psf to Rs. 2,200 psf. The private developers who have constructed residential developments have witnessed bigger appreciation i.e from Rs 6,000-20,000 psf. NIT has quoted reason behind applying the revised charges as the state government's instruction to make use of revenue collected from the charges for acquiring of reservation lands and development. In its instruction dated September 21, 2013, the government had asked all civic bodies to take building charges and use the amount in improvement of city's development plan.
