Q: Wanted to join your forum, please let me know how we can take up the issue with the builder.

Are you a resident of Sunrise Greens? If yes you can join the owners group to get in touch with other owners of the project and discuss on the same.
Yes I have booked a Flat and continue to pay the EMI on the loan, even as the builder is delaying the possession of Apartments.

Yes I have booked a Flat in Sunrise Greens, the issue is basically the delay in the possession of the apartments. Since like all of you I have paid most of the price of the Apartment to the builder.
