Any chance for the 4 lane road towards Moovattupuzha in front of the building to materialize? The road status towards the building is disgusting. Surrounding landscape and scenery are all good, but access is equally important.
I have booked in 14th Floor, now structure finished. They were telling Dec 12 complete, but they will take another 6-8 months.
