Planning to buy a 2BHK in River residency phase II
Q: I am planning to buy a 2BHK in River residency phase II, when is the possession planned for phase II.

Good to see all are talking about project completion phase,Does any body know about the Real seen behind the project.Have an body seen the actual work/construction work in site.Is it as per sample flat.Don't buy any FLAT on sample FLAT basis ....there are a lot(Small/Big) of changes in SAMPLE FLAT & ACTUAL constructed FLAT .Good to see all are talking about project completion phase,Does any body know about the Real seen behind the project.Have an body seen the actual work/construction work in site.Is it as per sample flat.Don't buy any FLAT on sample FLAT basis ....there are a lot(Small/Big) of changes in SAMPLE FLAT & ACTUAL constructed FLAT .
