Not sure about appreciation in the property but an important piece of information is that Hindujas realty is coming with an 86 acre residential-cum-commercial project just in front of Rainbow Vistas (IDL is moved from here and Gulf Oil owns that land now). I think when hitech flyover is ready, the Metro 200 feet road which is under construction is ready and Hindujas come with their first ad about their own project - Rainbow guys might increase their price.
