I booked a flat in Supertech upcountry 1 month back and following up with Supertech from last 15 days for allotment letter and 2nd payment demand letter, No response from CRM, CRM Head and the lady looking after UpCountry's allotment. Sad for me :( Can anyone suggest further?
Hi Arjun, Finally I got AL after visiting ST Office in Sector-58, Noida. ST is famous for delays actually, no legal issues with property, Infact this is only legal property with all approvals from YEA. Infact this delay is not only with ST but each builders r like same. Hello Sandeep, is there any specific reason as to why they are not responding? Does the property have any legal issues? Have you checked all the authentic legal documents?
yes, property is leagal and was launched back in jan 2011, the only reason is no response, lack of ownership and accountability for customer centric attitude (this is what I feel)
Hi Sandeep, Supertech is an ongoing project and has various modern amenities like Swimming Pool, Play Area, 24Hr Backup, Security, Club House, Cafeteria, Tennis Court, Gymnasium etc. The distance between 20km to 25KM from the project we have Railway Station like Metro Station.
