Q: Hi, can any member suggest the clauses given in the agreement are only in favour of builder, or jointly we can pressure them to have consumer friendly clauses to be incorporated... I am planning to book one 3 BHK. Krazycow

Hi Sanju, in builder's favour means, like what?? Can you list a few points here..
Hi Puneet, if you read the possession clause it states possesion 3 years from the date of approval of plan, + 6 months grace period.....this is just one instance,,,,just read the entire agreement again and we can discuss...
