Hi, can any owner in Pride Regalia comment on quality of construction?
Q: Specifically is there seepage in the walls/bathroom etc? Have read in forums that the quality of construction on Pride builders is poor. Hence trying to find out more details before looking into buying an apartment here.

Hi Suvani, there are mixed reviews about Pride Group projects.. For any builder there is no 100% positive feedback.. the same with this Pride Group.. It is better to visit few of their previous projects, talk to the residents and then decide..
Hi Pratap. Thank you for your reply. I intend to check out Regalia and Pristine and talk to residents there this weekend. Posted this prior to the visit.

Suvani, I am also planning to invest in Pride group project- Pavillion.. I think Pratap is right.. even competitors can write negative reviews to bring down their sales.. we just cant go by the reviews.. so it is better to check with previous buyers and projects..
