Have booked a 3BHK in Rainbow Vistas Rock Garden.
Q: I have booked a 3BHK in rainbow vistas rock garden. Can any one tell about the back and value for the site and builders.

My comments to replies
Not sure about appreciation in the property but an important piece of information is that Hindujas realty is coming with an 86 acre residential-cum-commercial project just in front of Rainbow Vistas (IDL is moved from here and Gulf Oil owns that land now). I think when hitech flyover is ready, the Metro 200 feet road which is under construction is ready and Hindujas come with their first ad about their own project - Rainbow guys might increase their price. Not sure about specifications and background of the project but looks like the location is just awesome!
I am planning to book apt in rainbow vistas, have couple of concerns..please advise: - Current price they are quoting is 3500 per sft , i believe its slightly higher than current market price. - the site is close to the IDL factory (currently shifted to other location) , will there be any pollution because of this? - most of the site is on the rocky belt , will there be any water problem down the line?
