Within the Project Layout as sanctioned by Bengaluru Development Authority known as Karle Town Centre along with the Buildings known as Karle Zenith there are other two commercial buildings those are seen standing. While you are using alibi of NGT Order etc I would like to point out that the NGT Order matter is hanging in Bangalore Air since June 2016. Whereas Karles Application for OC For commercial building 2 dated 4th July 16 was considered favourably and OC issued on the 25th Nov 16 One wonders why the one building in the same project is being treated differently as compared to other when it comes to NGT. My comments to replies
Karle has neither violated any norms nor have they encroached. After evaluation of the Zenith building, the approving authorities have issued an endorsement stating that the building is completed as per the sanction plans. The issuance of Occupancy certificate is under consideration. Karle is moving through its counsel of advocate to seek the reason for the non-issuance of OC.
The commercial Building in the same project has received OC. In Residential Building and Club House the finishing work is still happening. The project is delayed beyond any doubt. If Karle wanted to go legally, they should have filed for intervention of Courts to obtain "OC". Without OC how can one get FIRE Insurance for the Building. How can people residing be protected against any mishap?

Same here,..im my case 4 years....and now they are refusing to pay the delayed charges saying that their architect has self certified it by saying the building is ready. They even sent a registered letter to that effect...lost a lot of money as they have been paid in full..
We may have to initiate Legal Action soon. Also the compensation for delay must be at the same rate at which penalty is charged by them.
