Below is what i got from one of the blogs "I am thinking of buying a flat in Lotus Petals apartemnts near to Amoda apartment. As for as pricing is concern they are quoting 42 Lakhs without registration for 1175 sq ft flat which sounds reasonalble in that locality. The project is nearing completion plastering work is going on. Only 40% of the flats are sold out. Looks like there are more deviations from the approved plans. Additional flats are getting constructed which are not in plan. Anyone had enquired about this property? Any comments/feedback? "
