Q: Hi all, I have booked a flat in Sapphire1.

Handing over of some blocks are inordinately delayed. Are the owners getting any compensation from builder (Olympia)?
Q: Amber Block was to be handed over in March 2011. Now it's delayed by 17 months already. It may take another 3 months to start handing over.

Hi, it is better to take advice from a legal expert and see what could be done..
All OLYMPIA Projects are getting delayed years . All buyer are ended up paying PRE-EMI . And losing the rent. And they are giving very less compensation 5 Rs per sqft. Not sure they will give that also. I suggest if some one want to buy flat in OLYPIA better think of delivery of flat . If they say 1 year for delivery it will be delivered after 3 years only.
