Q: This was built in 1976. Now we want to demolish and build a new apartment with modern acilities car parking space etc. We have now ground floor first and second floor only. How many more floors can we build here

And FSI in this area is 1.5 to 1.8 maximum. need to get approval from Panchayat or municipality for building permit and CMDA for planning permission. CMDA has delegated to local body to issue planning permission for certain types of constructions like Stilt plus 2, but if you intend to put up Stilt plus 4, you need to approach CMDA directly for approval.
