Hi , I have taken them to consumer forum and consumer forum ordered them to pay up with 9% interest in May 2013. But DLF has dodged and I had to go to High Court to get district forum to issue arrest warrant but DLF ha s managed to get a stay order from state forum after the warrant . Now I have to fight it out in straight forum. They have to deposit 50% of money within one month if the stay order on warrant is to be withdrawn - small victory but don't know when I will get money. I think you guys should flood their mails including of Rajiv Singh and Mohit Gujaral and also collectively take them to court for not giving possession .
