haloo all, i am new member of this site/forum. I have purchase a 2 bhk (834 sq ft) flat in bhiwadi of MVL GROUP ,PROJECT NAME = INDI HOMES. TOTAL COST IS 20 L ALL INCLUSIVE ON SEVNTH FLOOR. i need expert advice about my investment......IS THERE ANY GOOD APPRECIATION IN FUTURE OR ANY BODY BREIF ME ABOUT THIS PROJECT. AS FROM SOME AGENTS I HEARD THAT THERE IS NO SWIMMING POOL & SECURITY ARE PROVIDED BY THE BIULDER mvl after completeing this project. is it good investment or not........

I want to put to the buyers looking to buy MVL INDI Homes (BHIWADI) BewareThere are court case for different flats which company has sold earlier ,aprox 9 in number these cases are pending in civil courts and consumer courts in my knowledge for stay on sale of property , if anyone has bought or planning to buy in towers A or B, floor 7th. 5th, etc please check with company that is there any legal / litigation pending against the flat number which they have proposed to you/ or you can contact me I will be happy to help you
Q: I cant say much but my advice is , go not with words but go in writing, now days words has no meaning.

Hi all, In Jan-2013, I had invested in Tower-D, on the 9th floor (MVL-Indihomes). Is there a legal issue over there as well. Can Anish or someone else help me? And, If there is not a legal issue, is my investment worth?
