After visiting their recent project here are my thoughts . - people were almost scared to give their opinion about the builder, they were not friendly to share their feedback about the project . - Quality of construction is average ( and what struck me most is the quality of finishing which was below average. If you see pics in the website and the actual project there is a startling difference , You will see a big white building with very poor painting from the main road . Not what you expect after paying 40 lakhs for your flat . -Very poorly maintained parking area as I could see lot of debris and building materials thrown around and upon asking I found that the builder have left the building material without clearing off . I smelt a rat and decided to go with a project from Mahaveer Group.
