Construction plans in Gokul Gardens.
Q: Hi, we are planning on purchasing a plot in Gokul Gardens. Would like to learn about our potential neighbors. Anyone planning on constructing in the next 2-3 years? We are looking to construct our home by 2016. Any feedback would be most appreciated. Thanks, Deepthi

It is joint development between land owners and SLV, not all sites are owned by them. Also we had a bad experience with Nagaraj and Ponappa. They expect out-right cash buyers and in black. I would give this developers a PASS. There are better options in the vicinity
