Arya Hamsa - JP Nagar 8th Phase
Q: Has anyone bought flat in Arya Hamsa? This is located in JP Nagar 8th Phase and this builder has completed 2 projects named Arya Lotus and Arya Severia in Whitefield area. Any information on reputation, value for money aspects, quality, sticking to the approved plan, providing all the amenities promised will be helpful.

My comments to replies
I have heard that Arya hamsa is not giving standard features like Kitchen Granite/ Sink , Window Iron Grills . Please confirm on this before proceeding .. Otherwise the project is ok.
Hi divya , Cannot really understand your point. Have never seen people destroying whatever the builder has given, yes they customize the kitchens and that they do during the construction process not after destroying. Moreover for customization builders give choice to buyers before giving the finished product ,like tiles, granites. We will like a finished product than an incomplete one without Grills and kitchen granites :) if this is the case . Last week I saw godrej e-city , its superb.
