what is the rental range for a duplex house
Q: what range of rent would a duplex house be in around marathahalli and brooksfield area, bangalore? And how much can be deposit amount is required for such a property?

The rental range for a duplex house depends on the size and location. In Marathahalli rent for duplex house will cost you in between Rs 20,000 to Rs 35,000 per month and you have to pay deposit for 11 months.
What is the best way to search for such a property? Going through brokers will be a waste of money, I think..

Q: Hi, Planning to buy a flat in Sumadhura Shikharam. Wanted to know if this project is as good as it is being marketed. Is there any negative feedback or things that I should be knowing?

Any concerning points that needs to be known?
