Latest Answer: Hi Manoj, as per the information given by the bldr in feb 13, the possession date will start in April 2013 onwards for Tower B. This was told to me when I went to ther Andheri ofice to sign some society papers. VAT - i have received only the receipt of VAT paid. Not anything endorsed by Govt. Do share information at your end. thanks.
