Would like to know whether is it a good investment or not.
The marketing guy is putting a price of 2700/sq ft. Is it worth??

What is the status of Phase 1,2 and 3 of this project and what is the price of the apartment?
I think Phase 1, 2 are completed. When I visited the site, the Marketing guy told that already few families moved in. We visited phase 3 flats. Phase 3 is still in construction.
Phase 4(Marigold) the price is 2700 / sqft. Marigold has only 2BHK flats. No 3BHK.
Total cost of 910 sqft 2BHK flat is 31L .
