Regarding HUDA approval for West Metro
Q: I am planning to purchase a flat in Block E of 1120 sft.. The construction seems good and ample ventilation is provided, but is this project approved by HUDA or is this construction having all the legal documents??

Latest Answer: Approvals do not seem to be a problem. Please take care of the quality of finishing. As of now, one of the five blocks are occupied by residents without - amenities, proper roads, designated parking, drinking water, forget about pool and jogging track and all other fancy promises !1
