Khata and Occupancy Certificate?
Q: * Does it have A khata for land and apartments? * Does builder gave Occupancy Certificate?

Latest Answer: Hi Manohar, I checked with builder. Regarding OC, they say they have given the OC and society is also formed., But when I inquired about khata for land, he hang up the phone. Can any flat owner from b block let me know if they have got A khata and/or loan form SBI?
