Need suggestion about Vetri Nagar.
Q: Hi, we are planning to buy a plot in Vetri Nagar (Either in phase I/II) at Pallikaranai area. But, I heard that there is a problem going on related to Marshland (Wet land) located just next to Vetri Nagar. Is that true? have any one bought the plot recently? any suggestion is appreciated please.Since it's a reserved forest (Marshland), am not sure where to confirm the details. Please suggest me if any one knows the exact reason or the problem of why no one has started the construction...I hope the input would help for those who are planning to buy the plot around the area...

Hi Ram, Please let me know is it safe to invest in Vetri Nagar. I think you have got the details from the revenue dept. about the restoration of Marshland. Please share me your thoughts & findings on the Vetri Nagar. Also can you give me a approximate per sq. ft. value of a land in Vetri Nagar.
