Do you buy property?
Q: Hi, I am an NRI. I have a residential property of 3300 sq ft in Nalvar Nagar, Coimbatore.. 900 sq ft built in, 2400 sq ft open space.. I am interested to lease this property short or long term to a good company. Public or private sector companies really does not matter, as long as it is a good deal. I also have a plot of land in Saravanampatti, which I am interested in outright sale.. If interested, please reply.. I can give further/ exact details then. I will be in Coimbatore in July 2013.
