I plan to buy a 3 BHK home @ GM Infinite Silver Springfield , I wanted to know something about the builder and his past projects . If any of you have idea please let me know
To more about the builder and his projects we have to consult with the owners of his latest projects like Silver Corner and Green Wood ...... as i am also interested in buying the property will be doing the same from my end.
Does anyone know about the Builder? Is it safe to buy a flat in this Project?

Infinite Silver Springfield is one of the popular residential developments in Hesarghatta neighborhood of Bangalore. It is among the ongoing projects of GM Infinite Builders & Developers. The landscape is beautiful with spacious housing units.

I'm looking from an investment perspective (rental). what would be the rental/developement prospect in this area? Is it a good buy. I'm even looking at projects at sarjapur road also. Need to decide on that.

Hi Karthik, Tumkur road is one among the fast growing areas of Bangalore.. It has very good connectivity and has easy access to the new industrial town proposed on the Bangalore-Pune Highway.

Also, is this better buy than Sobha Aspire?

Karthik, to be honest, I have no idea about this builder.. But I would suggest one thing.. we cannot predict on timely deliver because many top players are failing in it.. so better to add an year or two more on what date they have mentioned.
