I am planning to buy a 2BHK + Study in this property which faces towards the swimming pool and front landscaping. The only concern I have is whether any other high rise building will come up in future between this property and Sarjapur road in the space diagonally opposite from the center of the building. If you have any information on the same, please share. Appreciate your help. Thanks. Rahul
Hi Rahul, you've mentioned that it is facing pool & landscape then how will any other building disturb the view?
Hi Bhargav, It is on the 7th floor. Usually above 4th floor your view will be what lies ahead. The pool and garden is in an area with width about 15 meters. So actually even the corner flat will be just about 20 meters away from the boundary wall. This is why I have a concern that if some big building comes up in front the view will be restricted. Thanks

I think only if we see the project/flat we can better understand which location you are referring to.. On one side there's Kasavanahalli road and other side it is Sarjapur road (Wipro office). Now which side have you referred to..
I am referring to the Sarjapur road view side. The property that I am seeing right now is in the inner corner of the L shape. Thanks
