OC eligibility
Q: I have booked a undercontruction flat.with possesion by next month.Builder promised to give OC.But how I can make sure, Whether builder has applied for OC and how I can verify whether my apartment will get OC?

Hello Ganesh, As you have said that you have booked an under-construction project, then ask for the Karnataka RERA approval from the builder. If your builder has KARERA approval, then you do not have to worry. As per RERA Rules builder has to give possession on time otherwise, they have to pay the huge penalty.
If its RERA approved project,do they give OC for sure?
