Hello Amit, I am writing on this review as I booked the porject in Dec 2009 with 1 Lakh as booking amount. That time they have three bhk offering og 1150 sq.ft which i have booked then with offering of 2390/- per sq.ft . I have already paid 7 lakhs and till now the agreemnt has not been executed. This october '12 I found on Builder website that they have offering of 1210 sq.ft so i approached them and came to know they have come up with this offering in Jan 2012 . So i asked them to upgrade my booking but now the builder is asking for Current Prevaling prices of 3090 sq.ft for entire area.
