Sheth Athena project is on hold for last two years.
Q: Sheth Athena, Thane, project is on hold for last two years. If you enquire in the builder office they would say builder is waiting for the CC from TMC. How long can we hold on our investment in this project? Brokers are also not interested in reselling these flats as there is no guarantee from the builder about start of the work. Sheth builder is a cheat. I'd also like to know whether there is anyone who has booked the flat in Clarion project. Please get in touch with me so that we can form an association and fight back.

Hi sameer i have also booked flat in athena project last 2 yrs work is on hold the staff at their office is useless they don't have any information when the project will start. Only they blame the TMC. I am really fed up with these people.
