Wanted Review/Feedback on Sai Sunshine project
Q: Hi, I am planning to buy a flat in this project. Can anyone provide me the following details like: How is the builder? How are the promises delivered? Any cons as such if known? Water is a problem in this area, is it the same with this project as well?

Very rude behavior of the marketing people. Marketing managers worst they won't listen to customers. Guy's don't be hurry, ofcourse buying property tempts and every one want to be rich in short span of time, the reality is the builders are becoming rich then flat buyers. think smart. wait for market to crash. Overall I felt SAI MYTHRI and SAI ASSOCIATES MARKETING managers ramamurthy and another big and fat man i don't know his name rude behavior with customers is very disappointing, one need think on the deviations in apartment at top floors which govn't won't permit to construct is concern. I cancelled my plan of buying aprt in all sai (mythri) project though the prices are attracting with big ( bomb ) behind the screen which we may not be aware. All the best to sai mythri and sai props marketing managers.
