I asked about SBI approval for this project. The sales person Karthik said they have the approval.
But he mentioned that if we go with SBI loan it has to be done through their agent. When asked for the reason he said that they had some problems with their Sawan project SBI loan approvals. So they were thinking of not going with SBI for Srinivasam. But this agent ensured that they will get proper SBI approval and so loans have to go through him. I was not convinced with the reply.
Did anyone apply for and get SBI loan approval without going through their agent.
this excuse is unacceptable. out of all the banks, SBI does the best scrutiny. If SBI approval is not there then something may be wrong. Although i see no problem in going through with their agent only, its just matter of commission and their equation with any particular branch.
