It is disheartening to see people have written such nasty comments about sunil mantri realty ltd. I have personally met the team and after that can proudly say that i have 6 flats in mantri park and have even purchased in mantri serene, their umpcoming project which is in nature's bliss. I have seen them as the only builders who think for the flat purchasers despite the fact that the governement has been delaying the services. When BMC was not giving water they supplied mineral water, rather BMC did give the water connection once a case was filed in the high court.
