I would like to know when are you going to start the project.

I heard that a wonderful new concept known as flexi-villa by Sunway Opus had been launched. I am planning to have a duplex villa at that place. I felt the international feel, the movement I entered their sales office premises. Excellent Marketing Manager with plenty of experience and educated me about the project. I am convinced the way he explained and I may go with a duplex villa. Thanks Sunway Opus.

Yes the project is getting delayed so much. It should have completed by last year October. I along with another flat owner called Ram Mohan is trying our best to put pressure on them. Earlier also I have posted on this Blog to all the registered users under Sunway opus but I didn't get a good response.

If we all collectively put pressure then we may get some result.

We are planning to buy an apartment in sunway opus. Please provide feedback on air pollution?
Pollution has been reduced a lot compare with past 2 years. The PCB is also working good. Whenever there is pungent smell, we are calling the PCB board and their response is immediate and action we can find it.
I am living here from past 1+ years.

Has anybody inquired about the ground water condition. Since there are so many pharmaceutical companies around

1) Ground water is not polluted. Though there are pharma companies around, the waste chemicals are not been injected or stored on ground in the near by pharma companies according my knowledge.
2) Sunway has certificate from authorized Govt body from JNTU on the ground water status.
3) Besides ground water has been purified to one level in the community.
I have been living in the Sunway Opus from past 6 months.
