Increase the superbuilt area in Purbarag 2
Q: I have recently been informed that Bengal Shelter is increasing the superbuilt area in Purbarag 2 flats by approx 15% without increasing the carpet area . Has anybody faced such a challenge n Purbarag 1 or Swarnag ?

i am also facing the same problem of increasing 15% of superbuilt area post final measurement. I am trying to know whether that is according to rule, from the owners who already taken possession without any success.
