Q: Hi I am planning to book an apartment in Silicon pride project. It is located in Siddapura, Whitefield area near to Dmart. I almost finalized the deal and about to make payment. Has any one booked already? the guy there is saying they will give OC also. Has anyone reviewed about the builder and 5elements reality people. You can also call me at 8951850452

Dear trinath, how you will ensure that they will give OC? I also talked one guy. He told that He can give CC not OC check with builder once.
