Hi, Compare to other villas/promotors Green villas is best. only one drawback is, The location is far away from township.(In future it doesn't matter.. becz chennai is expanding like anything). I can say,they are not money minded people... I met Mr.Sekar and bought one land. Really I thought some of the good people still aliving in our world. At last, You can't get such a good place with this money.... Better book soon as soon as possible..
