Their track record on quality of construction, quality of material, adherence to timelines, providing all necessary clearances for the apt such as A/B Katha, clean land records, experience dealing with them, etc. Please provide feedback on SVS Developers, Bangalore and their project Krishna IKON or other projects completed in Bangalore?

I visited this site today and it seems there is a sever water shortage in this locality. Even they are tank water for construction. the old krishna apartment has no water since 5 years. It seems they digged 8 borewell, my question is how many of them will function and has water source. the landover parents / grand parents bodies buried next to this site. you may think that location is temple but on keen observation you realise what is there inside. Amenities charges and VAT & Service charges are bit high side. another point you will get 70% of toal size as carpet area.

I bought a flat in Krishna Ikon Apartment last November. The location is good , in the middle of the city.. but the surrounding area is bit slum type. You can observe their old built apartment which is 10 year old just next to the new project. I am bit concerned about the water as there is no kaveri connection. but the builder promised 11 operational bores . Personally i feel , if its built completely on schedule , it will fetch a good return on investment .
More reviews and information on Krishna Ikon is highly appreciated !!!!
Hi AMruth can you share your email ID, they are saying that Kaveri connection they have received and they are using Kaveri water now. By possession June 2013 they wud give Kaveri connection to kitchen. Is this true-Subrat subratiter@gmail.com
