Q: I wanted to buy a 3 bhk flat tata eden court/elita garden vista within 60 lakh.How are these projects worth investing in??have heard there is lot of problem in electicity n water connection..How true???Any other issue with these projects???

Hi Saf, In this budget you can get 2 BHK apartments both in Tata Eden Court or Elita Garden Vista. Will you be interested?
kindly help with details about tata eden court....is it woth putting money in the project.do we expect a gud rise in price in future???

There are 3 BHK apartments available for sale in Tata Eden Court but the price of the apartments ranges from Rs 80 lakh to Rs 1 crore.
